| Made myself some yummie gyudon today...reminded me of my meals in Japan when I was trying to cut down on my expenses... Gyudon is what Japanese business man like to eat for lunch/dinner... it's fast and cheap!! 
Waiting to try my banana bread ....it's still cooling down.... had to make some cuz my bananas were rotting like crazy...they turned completely black!! yikes... had to do something about it... heehe..
